What’s New at Fitsol
Fitsol turns 4: New Office, Same Mission
Fitsol moved into a new 100+ seating full office space, designed to bring our teams together and support how we work today. It’s a space where collaboration is easier, conversations are faster, and execution is sharper. From meeting rooms to shared workspaces, it reflects how far we’ve come in four years. The space has changed, our focus remains clear: enabling measurable, enterprise-ready decarbonization, towards 1 billion tonnes of CO₂.
Fitsol × Subros: Returnable Packaging at Scale
Fitsol partnered with Subros Limited to implement an integrated returnable packaging and end-to-end logistics solution. By replacing conventional systems with optimized, reusable packaging and managing reverse logistics, the project has delivered ~20–30% logistics cost savings and 20–35% reduction in transport-related emissions.
Fitsol Strengthens Last-Mile Logistics for Rosmerta in Manesar
Fitsol has set up a new warehouse in Manesar for Rosmerta, strengthening on-ground logistics capabilities. Strategically located, it enables faster last-mile delivery, improved inventory buffering, and smoother line feeding. The setup enhances supply chain responsiveness, visibility, and supports efficient packaging movement and reverse logistics. This marks another step in building integrated, execution-driven supply chain solutions.
Upcoming Webinars & Panels
Upcoming: The Carbon Table | How to Source Cost-Effective & EPR-Compliant Packaging at Scale

Fitsol is hosting a focused 45-minute discussion on April 29th (4:00–5:00 PM) on one of the most pressing challenges in sustainable operations; sourcing packaging that is both cost-effective and EPR-compliant at scale.
Yeshvanth Suresh Babu (Chief Strategy Officer) will walk through current sourcing inefficiencies, cost pressures, and scaling challenges, while Amit Pachauri (Chief Growth Officer) will cover EPR obligations, compliance risks, and the role sourcing plays in meeting regulatory requirements.
The session will close with a live platform walkthrough and a moderated discussion on balancing recyclability, cost, and compliance in practice. A practical, discussion-led session built for procurement, sustainability, and operations teams navigating these decisions today.

The Fitsol Fix
Sector Spotlight: Fitsol – GreenFind | Unified Marketplace for Sustainable Sourcing
Sustainable sourcing in India remains deeply fragmented. Companies rely on informal networks, consultants, and disconnected channels to find recycled materials, compliant packaging, or EPR partners, leading to delays, unverified suppliers, and poor decision-making.
GreenFind brings all of this into one structured platform, connecting businesses with verified suppliers across packaging, supply chain, and compliance needs.
Key Challenges:
- No single destination to discover verified sustainable suppliers
- Heavy reliance on informal networks and word-of-mouth
- Poor visibility into supplier compliance credentials
- Slow, inefficient decision-making due to fragmented information
How GreenFind Enables Change:
- Unified marketplace for packaging, supply chain & EPR sourcing needs
- Verified supplier profiles with compliance and sustainability credentials
- Structured discovery to simplify evaluation and decision-making
- End-to-end execution support from sourcing to compliance
GreenFind is building the infrastructure for sustainability commerce in India — making it easier for businesses to find, evaluate, and work with the right partners, faster.
Around The World: Trends Shaping Climate & Business
Geopolitical Disruption Is Accelerating Circular Packaging Adoption
Recent industry reporting shows that global supply chain disruptions are accelerating the shift toward circular and reusable packaging models. Geopolitical instability is exposing weaknesses in linear packaging systems dependent on virgin materials and one-way logistics flows, pushing companies to rethink resilience. As a result, businesses are increasingly adopting returnable and circular packaging systems to reduce cost volatility, improve supply chain stability, and lower environmental impact. Packaging is now being viewed not just as a sustainability lever, but as a supply chain resilience strategy.

Climate Action Is Becoming a System-Level Challenge
Recent insights highlight that emissions reduction now requires end-to-end transformation across energy, transport, industry, and supply chains, rather than isolated interventions. As climate targets tighten, the focus is shifting toward how systems are designed and operated across the full lifecycle, not just individual assets or activities. This marks a clear transition from incremental improvements to structural, operations-led decarbonization.

Energy Policy Is Entering a Cost–Carbon Rebalancing Phase
The UK has announced plans to scrap its Carbon Price Support levy on electricity generation by 2028, following the phase-out of coal from its power grid. The move reflects a broader policy shift where governments are re-evaluating carbon taxes in favor of simplified emissions trading systems and energy affordability measures.
While coal has already been eliminated from the grid, the decision signals how climate policy is evolving from punitive mechanisms toward market-based, efficiency-led decarbonization frameworks.
