What’s New At Fitsol
2°Talks – A Fitsol Podcast | Rajesh Batra, Head of the Centre for MSME at the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA)
Anand Pathak, CEO & Founder - Fitsol, was in conversation with Rajesh Batra about what sustainability actually looks like for MSMEs on-ground. The conversation explores how sustainability and compliance expectations are no longer optional, with growing pressure from supply chains, customers, and policy. They discuss where MSMEs usually struggle, why execution becomes difficult in practice, and how businesses can start building simple systems without getting overwhelmed.
Fitsol Secures New Compliance Management Engagements
Fitsol secured end-to-end compliance management projects with Sri Sai Ram Industries, JKR Industries, and Nilkanth Rubber. The engagements include support for by-product tyre sales and EPR credit management. These projects reflect the growing demand for structured compliance and operational sustainability support across industrial ecosystems. They also strengthen Fitsol’s work in enabling businesses to manage evolving compliance requirements more efficiently.
Enabling Verified Low-Carbon Material Sourcing
Fitsol recently concluded strategic sourcing for ADC-12 grade aluminium alloy produced from recycled aluminium scrap, supporting procurement-ready low-carbon material sourcing. The engagement focused on validating supplier quality, pricing transparency, delivery reliability, and compliance requirements to ensure dependable execution beyond supplier discovery. The project reflects the growing importance of verified sourcing and circular material procurement as businesses move toward more operational decarbonisation strategies.
Strengthening Sustainability Execution with Laxmi Metals (Nahars Group)
Fitsol has secured a deal with Laxmi Metals, part of the Nahars Group, to support their sustainability initiatives aligned with the requirements of a leading two-wheeler OEM. The engagement reflects the growing importance of sustainability and compliance expectations across manufacturing supply chains.
Enabling Clear Interpretation of Packaging Labels for Circular Systems
Fitsol has launched a Packaging Label Resource Library to make packaging labels easier to interpret across the value chain. It brings together commonly used labels and explains what they actually mean in sorting, recycling, recovery, and end-of-life handling. In practice, unclear or incorrect labels often create execution challenges for recyclers, waste handlers, and compliance teams. This resource is meant to reduce that gap and bring more clarity into how packaging is actually managed downstream.
The Carbon Table: How to Source Cost-Effective & EPR-Compliant Packaging at Scale
The webinar on “How to Source Cost-Effective & EPR-Compliant Packaging at Scale” saw strong participation and some very practical conversations. Amit Pachauri and Yeshvanth Suresh Babu from Fitsol discussed what’s actually breaking on-ground today, from fragmented supplier ecosystems to last-minute compliance gaps, and how EPR is influencing sourcing decisions more directly. The conversation focused on understanding EPR requirements clearly, reducing cost without compromising compliance, and building supplier and reporting systems that hold up in practice.

The Fitsol Fix
Sector Spotlight: EPR Beyond Compliance
EPR compliance in India is still highly fragmented, with companies relying on multiple vendors, consultants, recyclers, and manual coordination across categories. This creates gaps in visibility, recovery tracking, credit management, and execution.
Fitsol’s EPR solution is built to bring these disconnected workflows into one structured system across plastics, tyres, batteries, and other categories. The focus is on integrating sourcing, recovery, credits, and reporting into a more traceable and operational execution flow.
As EPR becomes more connected to sourcing, material movement, and supply chain decisions, the challenge is no longer awareness of regulations, but managing execution at scale.
